Get Involved - Volunteer for One of Our Committees
When you join a Committee, you are leveraging your membership and increasing your exposure to our members. You will build valuable relationships with the people you work with, increase your credibility as a professional in your industry, learn new skills and you’ll contribute to success of the SSYP.
Foundation
The goal of The Foundation is to facilitate the growth of businesses on the South Shore and to provide an outlet to retain local talent within our business community. Through this grant we give businesses financial help and mentorship to help them grow and sustain their company. The grant is open to businesses located on the South Shore.
Membership
The membership team introduces individuals and businesses in the South Shore community to all the benefits of belonging to the SSYP. The committee communicates regularly with members and prospective members about upcoming events and opportunities. They serve as ambassadors at all of our events and represent the SSYP at other community events.
Events
The events team coordinates all SSYP events; including monthly after hours, mentor dinners, and holiday party and toy drive.This is a fun way to become more involved with the SSYP.
